Specializing in musculoskeletal dysfunctions, over more than 20 years of practice, I have developed my own techniques, significantly improving the results of my treatments. With a focus on various injuries and chronic illnesses (especially fibromyalgia), I also specialize in treating pregnant women, children (including premature infants), and chair treatments in the workplace. Additionally, I hold a certification as a personal trainer and I am trained in counseling to support those in need during coaching sessions. Looking forward to working with you!

Our Group Cycling sessions start from beginner to intermediate levels of cycling, and we coordinate the cycling programme with a high intensity music-based workout.
